It will be interesting to see some comparison tests in the months ahead between the Allegan and AF2 sets. While on the face of it quite similar there are differences which may prove significant.
On Monk for example the Allegan set focuses on crit rate while the AF2 has a clear advantage in acc and skill speed. Looks like AF2 is likely to be superior.

In the slots where there is an overall difference over the other set;

Crit Hit rate Allegan +69

Determination AF2 +8

Accuracy AF2 +59

Skill speed AF2 +24

STR,VIT and DEF are equal on the two sets.
