Where can I create a character?

So... I really want to play, I've been trying to get into my main server all weekend with absolutely no luck. I either can't load the NA/EU, get lobby full, or world full every time I try.... but I really want to play... are there ANY servers I can roll a new character on JP/NA or EU server?

I would suggest logging in a certain times even before the time you want to play so that you can get into your world. Specifically try to avoid times that will obviously be busy such as right after ~2:00 because that is when a lot of schools get out. That's partly why I enjoy being on a JP server is because mid-day for me is midnight for them.

Well... I would love to do that, but I can't because I work full time and have school full time. I can't work my schedule around their schedule which was why I was asking what was open now.
Plus, today is my last day to be available to play for a while since my schedule picks up tomorrow.

No. The servers reset every 3 minutes. If you can't get on a jp server because its not accepting new characters, just hit the server list reset button at the bottom of the list every few minutes and you'll get on.

I rolled a jp character today.

Heck I cant even get to the main stupid lobby....let alone anything else.
