I think the game is fine, and you are not in danger of losing money in the long run.
It was your poor organization, and you have admitted it. Therefore charging for server transfers when they become available in mid September would be a slap in the face to the people who are trying to use your product as it was supposed to work.

You apologised for good reason, and that was appreciated. How could you in good faith charge us for cleaning up the chaos created by your poor planning?

It would be different if you told us in advance that this would be the case, and that we as players should plan for your unorthodox release. You didn't, so don't expect us to be take it well if you ask for money to clean up the mess you provided.

In the long run this will enable your community to be happier and involved with your game with less dissatisfaction with the product. Perhaps you were already planning this, and or stated it and I missed it. If that is the case, I apologise for the unnecessary thread and look forward to eventually being able to play the game with friends as planned.

Thanks for your time.
