    Macro and Pugilist/Monk

Pugilists and Monks have combo finishers that reduce the Global Cooldowns (GCD).

Can I ask if it's possible at all to get the current GCD and wait that many seconds (plus a little more to account for latency)?.

Waiting for a fixed time would waste the GCD reduction buff.

I'm pretty sure these were the English Forums only.

No, all jokes aside. What you're asking for is a longer duration to the Greased Lightening to compensate for the network latency?

Yes, we are in English Forums. What are you implying?

    You don't understand my question.

What I'm asking is if it is possible to get the current global cooldown of my character and use it on my /wait line on the macro.

    dont think you can.
But make one macro that can be used for all skills in a chain is better than a macro that automatically does a chain
    I mean something like this:

    /macroicon Bootshine
    /ac Haymaker <t>
    /ac "Snap Punch" <t>
    /ac "True Strike" <t>
    /ac Bootshine <t>

Doing it like this, you only need 1 button for a chain, know the cooldown (using bootshine icon), and add Haymaker in there if it's available. Going in reverse order like that lets you use the best skill available.
IMO, this is better than using /wait, you have more control.

I've never thought of it that way. Thanks!
