Mor Dhona Grand Company Leve unlock?

Hello, I've been searching for quite a while, but can't seem to find any info on how to unlock Mor Dhona GC Leves, NPC says he won't speak with anyone under Sergeant Third Class, yet I am that and he still doesn't want to speak with me. My buddy tried speaking to him as Sergeant First Class and he doesn't talk to him either. Any secret requirement to unlock it? Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same difficulty. I'm a Sergeant First Class, and I've done all the leve unlock quests--all I could find, anyways, and I've been everywhere (and have the exploration achievements to prove it). I've done a level 40 GC leve at Whitebrim Front, and level 45 regular leves at Saint Coinach's, but he won't talk to me.

That is weird. I was able to unlock them 3 levels early, which I didn't even realize until I went to do the first one. I went ahead and did it anyway and beat it. But it certainly has nothing to do with job level, that much I can tell you. Must be related to story or GC progress somehow.

Wish I could tell you what my story progress or GC level was, but I don't remember. I just remember I went there looking for quests.

GC progress seems unlikely, as what he's *saying* is Sgt. 3rd class, which I certainly meet. Storyline progress might be it; I'm at the SM Garuda fight, which is level 44.

Its a misprint, I reported it a week or two ago. He unlocks at Chief Sergeant.
