Hello!

When I registered the for the ARR beta, instead of linking up with my 1.0 account, it created a new one. I was not aware of this until very later and I was even less aware that switching a registation code was as hard as it is.

I did this last Thursday on 8/29, I recieved an email a day later on the 30th confirming you recieved my form and you would contact back within 48 hours. Well It is now it is Monday 9/2 and I have still not heard back via email (checked spam) nor has my account been changed over.

Could I please have this looked at? Again my ticket number given by you was 2647620.
