whats going on with that
whats going on with that
I'm getting this since beta phase 4, so annoying
Having the same problem, let me rephrase that, I've been having this same problem for a week now. It's either this or the world is full.
This is the first MMO launch I've ever been involved with where I've gone 4+ hours without even getting to character selection.

If you look, you'll see that most every post that has been made by SE focuses solely on the JP servers. This was a 3 day weekend for most of us over here in NA because of Labor Day. Out of this entire weekend, I might have been able to play for a day. As a paying customer, I find this completely disrespectful. If there was a queue line, it would make the majority of us content with waiting. But when the only posts that SE makes are default posts (probably made by a computer) and there seems to be a complete lack of understanding, care or concern coming from them, it makes you wonder why the hell we even need to pay for this in the first place. This is NOT a f2p game, for if it was, most all complaints would be completely unjustified. No, instead we're paying 15$ a month (and I ASSURE you that there will never be any "technical difficulties" when it comes to taking our hard earned money) for a game that most of us aren't even getting to play when we have the time to. It is just mind-boggling how it's already been (at least) a week, and there are still so many issues. Doesn't Japan pride itself on it's top business ethics? Maybe I'm wrong, but this to me is the worst business I've ever seen done. (And again, I'm from AMERICA. Land of the greedy, capitalist fat cats whose government bails their failures out with we, the people's, tax dollars.) Maybe, just maybe, if the people over at SE got their heads out of their asses and told the staff, "Hey guys, look. Here's the list of problems. The game has already been released, so because of OUR mistake, it's up to all of us to work TIRELESSLY until these problems are fixed. As soon as they're fixed, we can all go home." I bet that if something to that affect was said, these problems all would've been fixed on day one. Instead, we're at the boiling point for angry consumers. Fix the damn problem Square Enix. Stop bullshitting. Get it done.
