    same. if i ever do get by this, i get the world full or cant list servers. . seems sometimes i can get past to my servers. and sometimes i cant. even if i do, when i keep trying to connect, eventually i get this 2002 and booted out. and have to relaunch the game.

    Please SE an update for your player base is necessary. I am not your tech support I work elsewhere, thankfully for me.

    Please keep your player base up to date.

    Lobby server is down means no one can sign in anywhere, JP, EU and/or US.

    Try to be patient my fellow player base. The tech support at SE is run by 1st timers and greenhorns.

    as an SQL DBA and Developer who manages as Tech Support team this is laughable. There should be updates within a few minutes anytime their service goes down. Maybe I'm missing it but still see nothing from SE.

    SE please a response of some type is required quickly. Every time you fail at communications like this you lose literally players by the 100's.

    As a professional security-software developer and ex-CSR for an ISP, if I worked at a company that had this level of inadequacy in terms of capacity for a product at launch, despite having presales figures upon which to base capacity estimates and buildouts, and were even in the same building as those responsible, I'd not only have been fired, but I'd bet set on fire and what remained would have been fired.
