I didnt have any misses at 493, also, you're only hitting it from the front if you're dodging a thunder during lunar dynamo or stacking for a fire after thematic beam so there's about like 4 times you'll be hitting it in the front for like 5 seconds, I don't think that's worth using 515 accuracy.Has anyone tried a lower accuracy on t9 then the recommended 495?
I did about 2.5 hours @489 staying mainly on the side of darnus/golems as much as possible and only recorded 2 auto attack misses. Will try a accuracy slightly higher tonight hopefully but I doubt we need to go as high as 495. Depending on the exact value it could change our BiS, there is a large difference in gear between 493BiS and 495BiS.
Also slightly related for anyone with more t9 experience, is it advisable to go with the front accuracy of 515 due to the last phase positioning or is it easy enough to stay on flank/rear?
k thanks, will try to tweak gear to achieve 493 accuracy.

Accidently bought x3 Savage Might IV's instead of Savage Aim IV's, after 3 of my Savage Aim IV's never melded the 3rd slot/29%. GG monnies. Rip 780k.
Material melding is an expensive but strangely satisfying past time. No where near as bad as 1.0 tho when a materia fail would mean losing the item, quad melded str gloves were extremely rare and powerful but hardly anyone would risk losing triple meld gloves worth like 20mil lol.
Also can confirm 0 misses in t9 @ 493 accuracy after a couple hours.

In the esteemed opinion of the Dragoons here, how far do you think one could go content-wise by sticking with solely crafted & melded armour for high-end content? I'd love to see if making myself a proper set of Wolfram gear and melding it as I go along (building up the materia and melding it as needed) would get me to the higher difficulties of content, or if doing that is some sort of scrub-tastic move. What do you guys think?
You can down t9 with penta melded everything and allagan spear or levi spear. Player
460 Leviathan (Tanks can also drop to this and only attack from rear)
472 T6/T7
490 T8
493 T9
I need help in figuring out what to get next/aim for with my dragoon all this skill speed is killing me/my tp lol. This is my alt toon and I dont see myself getting into new coil much except for random PFs. I think soon my static might want to use my dragoon for T8 and such, but not certain yet..
What are some good sets I can go for? Is melded crafted gear my only choice now or do I sacrifice secondaries for others?
I guess my biggest step is possibly the wave harpoon, but man I been farming it and I got everything except that lol!
Also my acc is borderline atm I mean I have enough, but anymore swapping I lost a lot unless I go back to the myth helm and/or relic.
