So increase effects of Jump and Spineshatter. This has been bothering me for days. Jump doesn't have an effect. Spineshatter is stun, which is useless. Is it literally effect, or potency? Hell I think I'd Nerdgasm if it was splitting by 2 the cooldown of jumps for 2x more jumps. But yeah, Increased effect doesnt make sense to me. Any speculation on this?
