Oh i forgot about LT+RT and RT+LT, i have both combinations reference the same palette because in the heat of the battle, the order in which you hit the shoulder bars is pretty bleh, but I guess I'll have to train myself. Ffxiv feels more and more like a fighting game, with comples timings and button combinations and mashing...compared to FFXI which was more about gear and buffs from support-type jobs

i used to be the same way i had LT+RT/RT+LT bring up my jumps, power surge, second wind, blood bath and potions then i changed it so only LT+RT brought them up and practice on a dummy for awhile to get more used to it. other classes that I havent spent as much time on have been harder to get used to such a change lol
