I'm confused..you should still have slots on the expanded hot bars? You get 8 for r2+l2 and 8 for l2+r2. I have skills doubled up on my expanded bars and 3 potion slots..So will have plenty of room for HW skills!

Yeah, it's pretty strange. Actually, we have:

LT 8 Buttons (4 Face and 4 Pad);
RT 8 Buttons (4 Face and 4 Pad);
LT+RT 8 Buttons (4 Face and 4 Pad);
RT+LT 8 Buttons (4 Face and 4 Pad);

He's missing 8 buttons on the actual UI. I think there'll be plenty room for new skills, specially if, life other MMOs, some new skills end up replacing old ones.
