There's like a 1-2 DPS difference between the two. Pick whichever you prefer.

I just noticed that you calcuated BiS using out of date weights. Here's the two BiS sets you should be working with (doesn't include crafted gear):

BiS ilvl135 @ 535 Accuracy/T13 - Highest DPS on paper

BiS ilvl135 @ 535 Accuracy/T13 - 410 Determination

Top one is highest, theoretical DPS. Second just has 410 Determination and is only 1-2 DPS behind, on paper.

That first set linked may be the highest dps on paper, but I wouldn't rely on HQ flint caviar unless you can either make it yourself or have a lot of gil to burn on food. It's a 4 star recipe so it takes a bit of crafting knowledge to HQ reliably.

And the second set linked actually has 540 acc, so if you substitute dreadwyrm belt with Kirimu Belt of Maiming penta melded with Det IV, Det IV, SS IV, SS IV, Acc III, it would have a higher stat weight.
