    If your DPS drops by 100 just because of using Legacy type and no other changes you are doing something extremely wrong, such as moving far more than you need to.

    He's saying it drops when he tries to use lock on mode, whilst in legacy. So he's asking for advice on how to get better at using lock on whilst in Legacy.

    @Zank, practice with it. That's the only way to get good at it.
