Dragoons: A Rotation Reborn

Hey guys i'll be a dragoon in a couple levels and hopefully will someday understand what this threads about. But in the mean time, later on I want to be pretty good at pvp, will that be something a dragoon is capable of?

Anyone is capable of being good in PvP, but your success is not tied to your own actions, you need to be coordinated with your party members and fellow alliance members if you want to win.
