Dragoons: A Rotation Reborn

Hey guys. I'm looking for a bit of advice in regards to what gear I should have. I'm nowhere near Second Coil level yet. I still haven't even done Turn 4 or Titan Ex yet.

My iLvl is 93. My first question is, should I be using the Vortex ring or the Hero's one? I asked my FC leader who is also a Dragoon and he suggested the Hero's one. My second question is, can you suggest any improvements to my gear? I should be doing Turn 4 this weekend and also working on Titan Ex, so you can include loot from those in your suggestions. Thank you for your help!

If you need the acc = use the Vortex, if not, use a Hero's. You adjust depending on the needs of the fight.

I would pick up the choker, and the hands (you did say you were about to cap ). Why? Because they are quite nice, more so when upgraded.
