I'm really hoping you mean the Heals and not the BLMs...

If you do mean BLM...wow. I though I've seen the worst that job has to offer...

As a side-note, I've cleared T2 with no BRD, 2 heals before (think once it was 2 SCH no BRD and I was one of the SCH O.o). Its all about mana management for the heals, even with a BRD.

Also, they're just as much at "fault" for not being a BRD as you were, which is to say none if it was DFed. DRG have the better LB and do more damage than BLM on single-targets (assuming similar gear; BLM overgearing the DRG will do more damage), so if anything, its more on them...
