Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster.

I'm having trouble hitting some numbers that I hear other dragoons hitting at this ilvl. I'm ranging around 395-405 at i101 (here's my current gear set up: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/MVBE)

If anyone has any advice, is it possible to reply to the video or PM here, up to you. I'd appreciate it big time... I feel as if Im doing what Im told but I'm not getting the same results as everyone else.
