I've got the accuracy covered, so I know I'm not missing attacks. I just can't think of anything that would improve my overall dps to narrow the gap between myself and the summoners. I'm content lagging behind the monk in my group. For all intents and purposes I'm within that 7-8% threshold that monks have over dragoons (posted some time ago by EasymodeX I think) when they're in situations that greased lightning never falls off.

So if anyone else has any tips, I would appreciate it. It's just me...I just hate losing to ranged dps in this game where fights are melee friendly like this one.

A parse doesn't tell a whole story though. You see, you may not do as much damage over the course of a large fight like a smn would, but drg is there to help destroy something quickly. Setting up a piercing debuff for your bard and being there to do the big hits is invaluable. If everyone just used dots certain mechanics would be much more annoying to deal with.

Now is it fair that drg gets the short end of the stick? Not really but right now in my group pre-mega flare on T9 I do the most damage. The summoner is up there with me, but his dots don't tick during dives. Giving me the advantage.... look forward to future fights where a boss will cleanse themselves or become immune to dots for a short time.
