All of the sets are for different accuracy requirements so you can optimise your set for the content you're facing against. Lower Accuracy = More Crit/Det/SS = More DPS (even if it's negligible). So for EX Ifrit/Garuda/Titan you'll want 0 accuracy, Levi/Mog EX is 460 from flank/rear only, Turn 6/7, you'll aim for 472, Turn 8 you'll want 490 and Turn 9 493-495 (unconfirmed the exact number).

Any tips on maintaining dps in t6 (phase 1 and 2).. really struggling to get above 220..maybe there's so much going on I just lose my head

DoT's DoT's DoT's. Keep them up at all times, never let them drop, ever. If you don't have Thorny Vines, Vicious Emission (Honey Glazed), or the Devour marker, there's 0 reason for you to be running away from the boss. Simply rotating yourself around the boss will suffice; This way you can continuously attack Raffelsia and have as little downtime as possible.

Pro Tip: After the 1st Blighted Bouquet, you'll want to want to reapply PL, then Heavy Thrust -> ID, then you'll want to DiS -> CT -> PL the Bee. You'll be ticking DoT's whilst you're standing still for Boquet.
