I can say that I have put in thirty plus some hours of T8 with only in the rear of the target for ID and Brain Jack. I will ask a friend for some old records, but pretty sure I stopped missing once I hit 490. 80% of the fight, I am in flank position.
T9, I saw a miss or two, until I started to raise Accuracy. Have not seen a miss since hitting 495. But can reduce down and test this up coming week if you need more input.

Um, in the chest.. Allagan Visor of Maiming, Hero's Bracelets of Slaying, the Allagan Striking ring, and the Allagan Gauntlets of Maiming.

Kinda wanna get the Visor back on, but the 21 accuracy from the Wyrm helm obviously helps due to the massive loss the Allagan Spear has, though once I get my Animus finished that'll be helpful.
