Hah, that turn 8 is a pain in the ass, especially on the first dread where you re pretty much obliged to do a HT and re apply CT when theres like 2 secs left max of DiS on the boss QQ.

But. That said. Beein the target of brainjack as a dragoon is kinda like cheating, you ll just dps non stop & never move unless you need someone for the very last set of towers.

Dervy and I discussed a number of different options leading up to the dread. Takes a bit of practice and a break up in the rotation leading up to the dread, but a HUGE over all dps difference in the end.
Yeah, brainjack is great on Drg is pretty great. Can be a little difficult with the dreads depending on how you deal with them, and other mechanics ^^

My initial rotation is absolutely not conventional so I can't really change anything, that said I lose maybe like 3 dps with that dread intermission so all in all, its all fine. (maintaining 360 - 370 dps without much problems and breaking 500+ at the pull)

When the Dread Die, ph just fade so I can refresh it straight, its just that I got 2 secs left on HT and at the same time theres like 3 - 2 secs left of DiS on the avatar. Since our dps is good enough for me to just do ID on avatar and DiS straight on the dread beein already on the boss, can't really change much things or I'd lose dps on the dread, which I don't really want.

But again, I don't really have that much of a dps loss really, just a slight delay between the two different dots that I recover by clippin Ph a bit after

Yeah sounds like you have a straight better grasp on that transition then I do. Honestly, what you are doing with the initial rotation, sounds like I am trying to figure out, just to help things line up better with the way we do things in my group. The rotation is just broke at spawn of the dread, so trying to change up a few things to line up an ID on Avatar to move straight into Dis > CT on Dread.
After the first dread, more of it seems to line up better at least for me anyways.

Just wondering but are you doing Coil on another character? You don't have a T7 achievement on that DRG, and I'm not sure if 360-370 sustained with that gear is accurate for T8, depending on the tasks you get to do. A parse or some video would be cool.

Ah yeah, that makes sense then with those numbers and i95.

Oh and how's Savage Aim III > Savage Might IV assuming Determination: .325, Crit: 0.204 for your melds Dervy?
