I'd still prefer to not miss any of my Auto-Attacks to be honest, so I'm fixating on reaching the Accuracy Cap for no miss-attacks.

You're a BRD - the solution to this should be evident. Being that the only time you're attacking from the front really are the snakes during the 2nd set of divebombs, toss a Rain of Death on the lot of them and reduce their evasion. Voila. You'd be helping all the DPS in your party that have optimized their accuracy setup.
