458 is the apparent cap for flank misses. If you AOE/Attack from the front of anything in Turn 5, you will miss with 458 accuracy. I've only ever missed once on Turn 5 so far wit 460 accuracy. Erm. I just posted yesterday that I had a miss ID with 453 ACC, which also means it's not 436.
