Seems like you would want to have CT within the effect duration though. Since you're only going to get 5, maybe 6, GCDs during a 15s pot, seems like you would want
(pot) ID > Dis > CT > Phleb > (?)

why not

ID>Dis>(POT)>CT>Ph>TT>VT>FT

or

ID>(POT)>Dis>CT>Ph>TT>VT>FT

I've tested it on dummies 10 times now and it has worked every time I've done it, as soon as the pot animation starts i spam CT and it combos. I personally do the first to be sure i get my FT in on the pot duration. I've just been using crappy str pots so its somewhat tough to tell if its being effected by the pot or if I'm CTing right before it takes effect and that's why I'm still able to combo.

Potions interrupt your combo's, so that wouldn't work. You would have to use it before ID. Unless they ninja-hotfixed this within the last few days?

EDIT2: Gone back a page and reread it. If that is the case, it's a bug and I wouldn't use it.

Lol i know right, whats funnier is me and you keep posting on the same things on reddit too!

I havent tried with any other classes, just dragoon, but are you sure its not intended?
