I'd also say it depends on Myth too. If you intend to buy Myth gear, Myth Chest is priority, then feet, then helm, then gauntlets, then Belt and Legs. So I would get Onion legs first, then belt, then gauntlets, then helm, then feet, and finally body (opposite of Myth buying really, to lessen overlap)...but that does assume you are buying Myth gear and running Coil for DRG.

If you're just CT gearing DRG (no Myth or Coil), then yeah, chest/legs, then head/gloves/feet, then belt.

EDIT: also, buying Myth armor assumes you already +1'd your Spear...that is #1 no questions...
