I understand why SE doesn't like parsers as they get into game data in memory which isn't supposed to be allowed, but then they have to give us that tool ingame as it's really necessary as soon as you want to improve your knowledge and efficiency as a player :/
I'm reasonably confident that video capturing software counts as authorized, simply because there was a huge ****storm at launch because they weren't going to allow it at first.
