To make it work, (must be using office '10+), go to File -> Options -> Add-Ins -> Go -> Check "Solver Add-in" -> OK.

Now, to actually use the solver, you'll want to click on the Green Box next to "Total Objective", click the tab called "Data" -> "Solver?" in the tab (far right).

In the orange boxes, those are variables you can change, so the stat weights, including the accuracy needed to reach the cap.
Can anyone explain how to use this with OpenOffice? I know it has a "Solver" but it doesn't seem to do anything if I change the acc to 94 and try to solve after clicking the green box.

I don't have a lot of experience with OpenOffice but I've tried everything I could think of. Any help would be appreciated.
