For a total of 113 from gear, then add 341 base and 9 from hq eggs to get 463. Let me check the pre turn 5 one real quick

I see the problem. 1) I missed that you were using the myth head, thought it was allagan. 2) You want to hit 463 with gear alone, not using food. The accuracy food is to hit 472 for T5 only.

Ahh I thought there was some parsing being done to try to lower what our accuracy cap really is. Was the testing you were asking for earlier in the thread at 463 with food buff or without? I interpreted it as without. I remember reading somebody tested at 459. Was that pre or post acc food buff?

That was without. Since we don't know the exact ceiling for T5, but we do know it is 473 or less, the idea for now is to have the lowest possible accuracy on your gear for the other 95% of the game that doesn't require high accuracy, while still being able to hit ~472 as needed for T5 (though the ceiling is likely lower than this). Hence getting 463 with gear alone, then using the +2% accuracy from food to bump that up to 472 for T5 as needed.
