Isn't the accuracy required for Turn 4 in the 480s? I heard this was the case and replaced my hero's ring with the Allagan for the accuracy. So is it 470+ or 480+?

Accuracy cap for physical DPS is around ~472 or so. Turn 5 is slightly higher.
