Pretty much what I use, only thing I'd mention is that if you use Bloodbath (I guess instead of Mercy Stroke for a Cross Class?), Bloodbath+CT+Phleb+Fracture makes a nice Regen for anyone who is having trouble dodging attacks and/or tumults on Titan to take some stress off the healers.
