    not sure if anyone has asked this and I didn't see it when I was reading through the other posts, has anyone heard anything about Dragoons not being able to need on some heavy armor and losing out to greed rolls or even the tanks on new gear?

    This only occurs in the mid-level dungeons. Basically what happens is that if the scale gear has 1 defensive stat on it (Parry being the primary culprit), it's classified as a tank item and only tanks can need. Even though the tanks should be using the plate armor ... yep.

    Later on at 50 the gear is more clearly separated and all scale armor is DRG/LNC-only.
