This is the exact same “potency” stat as with weaponskills.

Is either poorly stated or mistaken (something reflected in that he has a different formula for it!), but it should be close to 100 potency / 3 seconds, which is good enough for most estimates.

Just did a quick and dirty test with both weapons (664 STR, 394 DET). Using (min+max)/2, Zeta average AA is 257.833333±0.5, Dreadwyrm average AA is 250.5±0.5.

So, the weapon auto-attack stats being 57.22 and 55.68 respectively, the theoretical ratio is 1.02765805 and the observed ratio is 1.02927478 (which given our margin of error is practically perfect).
