Dragoons: A Rotation Reborn

My mistake I thought he had onyl 375 SS for some reason. Also what I suggested was if his SS was that low, to finish off 2nd FT rotation with only B4B up then immediately re-apply HT. So there would only be 1 GCD (FT) without HT buff but would still have B4B.

I suggested this many pages ago, it's an increase for that time frame but you lose *potential* potency on following GCDs so it's kind of a wash. I never get the second FT tho, B4B always falls off right before. 360ish skill speed
