    MS, 2nd Wind, IR, Bloodbath, Mantra are my current 5 X class
    Some use Foresight, instead of mantra, but welp.. yeah. Neither will make a difference to your DPS. As for when you get them.. just pop over to xivdb, or somewhere to check.
