Dragoons: A Rotation Reborn

Hi people.

I've got an issue. I usually hit a 340-380 constant DPS on T8, as a ilvl 103 DRG. (I am doing mechanics like tower and I usually run out of range for allagan field).
I saw people here doing up to 500. How do you do ?

My rotation is mostly this one :

HT-IR-ID-BFB-Dis-Sweep-CT-PS-Ph-Jump-TT-VT-LS-FT-HT-TT-VT-Sweep-FT-Ph-ID-Dis-CT-HT-TT-VT-Sweep-FT-Ph-Jump-TT-VT-FT

Then using cooldowns with buffs as soon as available while following this : http://i.imgur.com/hJFTfLf.png .

How to hit at least 400+ DPS ? Am I doing something wrong like, am I forgetting something ?
