You can have 0 added SkS and you'll be fine. In fact, I've heard too much SkS will mess up your rotation.

Just make sure you have enough accuracy. After that, focus on Det > Crit > SkS.

Gotcha, disregarding skill speed I lose 12 STR and 35 Crit, as well as 83 skill speed, but gain 76 DET as a result lol. Thank you



EDIT: Daily post limit, but I lowered Skill Speed's weight down to 0 and left DET and CRIT's weights as it was, and it came up with a solution that had 12 less STR than the BiS if I had left Skill Speed's weight alone.
