I think it should be noted for the BiS lists, that they are not accurate unless you factor in the Wolfram Mask (crafted i90 head piece) melded a certain way. If you meld it right you can max determination and crit/ss and get +9 acc or, max crit/ss and have 12/15 det and have +18acc.

Both of which is significantly better than high allagan and astrum. The only advantage high allagan/astrum have is the +vit. So you would be sacrificing a little hp for more dps, something i'm sure a considerable amount of players would be willing to do.
