Should be basically similar to the primary Dragoon rotation. They live long enough to get all of your buffs and DoTs up and running, then just refresh as needed from there. Just don't DoT them up a bunch if they're about to die.
Ahh, yeah I'm using pretty much that rotation; reason why I asked is because I am curious where people slot in their HQ potions (if they use it).
