Heavy Thrust and Phlebotomize now have a 24 second duration. I'm unsure about Life Surge. Gierskogul reduces Blood of the Dragon by 10 seconds.

I was expecting like 400+ potency for the combo finshers and 500 potency for geirskogul. Isn't MNK getting like a 400 potency ability that consumes their stacks?
200 potency on Geirskogul...thats gonna be like 450-500ish damage at i130 with just HT buff, compared to Holy which does 900-1200, and WHMs can spam that crap.
At least battle litany is extremely good, i was expecting 5% since it's AoE, and Internal Release is already pretty decent.
I would rather them not have buffed jump damage during Blood of the Dragon and instead bump up the combo finishers to at least be on par with or stronger than their preceding combo openers.
so with 24s HT a sample rotation would be
H>IDCF>P>TTTW>H (refreshes at 1s~)
the other issue im worried about now is, with a 24s PH it'll be weird to line it up with the CT combo. you'll be applying PH at 26s~ on CT so the dot times will be similar at least
if you continue with always using 4 hit combos, you'll also run into the issue where you drop dis+ct for 2 gcds (@2.47sksp) or clip early

Kinda bummed, its looking like AF2 isn't going to be available for atleast 2 weeks.
Wow.. Those potencies are a bit underwhelming. Though I guess if you think about it increasing jump damage and the fact you'd be using a 150, 170 or 180 potency move after FT or CT instead of 290.. Maybe it does start to add up. I dunno that's for you math wizards :P
Without recalculating for new skill speed and crit behavior, it's about 5.5% buff to GCDs to go from 2.45's 60s rotation to (what appears to be) 3.0's 25s rotation, clipping and all.
Yep, that's without even looking at our other new toys.
When you compare them with FT's 360 they can seem low, but you are looking at it wrong.Wow.. Those potencies are a bit underwhelming. To get 360 from FT you have to use 2 much weaker GCDs first. These are 290 potency added into the end of the string you already do.
Example.
Normal FT combo is TT (150 potency) VT (200 potency) and FT (360 potency) = 710 potency in 7.5 seconds
New combo is those + a 4th combo at 290 = 1000 potency in 10 seconds
The old combo used 4 times over 30 seconds = 2840 potency
New combo used 3 times over 30 seconds = 3000 potency
Extra 160 free potency over 30 seconds just for doing a new rotation.
When compared to the old CT combo it's even higher at 220 added potency.

We have to bear in mind that the 2 new 4th combo is quite punishing if we missed the positional for the skillsWhen you compare them with FT's 360 they can seem low, but you are looking at it wrong.
