Using Life Surge on Full Thrust may be a thing of the past, might be saving it for Wheeling Thrust or Fang and Claw.

Based on screenies of the tooltip for Wheeling Thrust and Fang and Claw, it looks like their potency (290) is still less than FT (360)

Those potencies on the Tier 4 stuff...kinda underwhelmed. The Jump buff sounds really good though, 30% increase.

Based on all the other changes (extra 200 potency every 10-15s, 30% boost on Jumps and Spines, presumably less frequent HT/Phleb to combo ratio, Battle Litany raid buff), if the 4th tier skills did something like 350-400 potency or so they'd probably be forced to tone down the other bonuses. That's gotta be a 10-20% potency boost from 50 -> 60, not even counting the incredibly powerful Battle Litany.

That is true too, I forgot about the Heavy Thrust and Phlebotomize changes which will probably mean more TTTF combos.

Was really hoping to be able to compete with Monks, but I dunno...

Heavy Thrust and Phlebotomize now have a 24 second duration. I'm unsure about Life Surge. Gierskogul reduces Blood of the Dragon by 10 seconds.
