Pretty sure you'll still want to pop Jump whenever it's off cooldown, at the very least. The current rotation gives you two jumps per minute, one of which is powersurged, and since it has such a short cooldown I don't think it'll be worth holding it for any substantial amount of time.

Also, I hate how small the images are, but I assume....

1st Ability looks like it's on a cooldown, 3 more in the middle are greyed out, so I assume you need BotD/3rd Combo for them to work. Abilities 3+4 have TP costs, so they'll have to be action skills. Ability 5 is the only skill not greyed out.

5) Battle Litany


Hopefully there's more Job actions than this, as there's only 5/7 monk abilities shown.

First one imo cant be BoD because the picture shows BoD being executed while the first icon is halfway ready on its CD. The last icon imo looks very similar to Geirskoguls animation, so my guess is

1) Battle Littany
2) Blood of the Dragon (because its just being used, its on full CD, therefore all greyed out)
3) 4th Tier
4) 4th Tier
5) Geirskogul (BoD just got activated, so its available)

I must disagree, Dervy. Last one pretty much looks like the lazor from Geirskogul. Also, it's indeed possible that 4th tier combo activate only when you are already at 3rd with Blood activated.

Edit: but...such a short cooldown for Blood? I guess we're to remain as simple as possible?

Also, what is the little arrowy symbol on the left of the skillbar? I play with controllers by choice so I dunno what the keyboard skillbars really look like, but I don't remember seeing that before.
