Should I follow the Document from this Guide for the BiS Post-Turn 9 and aim for the last 2 Pieces which are High Allagan Belt of Maiming and High Allagan Bracelets Of Slaying from Turn 8 & 9?
Or is there another BiS that I am not aware of and need to re-adjust my Gear Choice?

Depends from the accuracy cap you're aiming to. I haven't experience of T9 but I think the BiS list in the OP is incomplete since gives you a BiS equipment only until 500 accuracy when in T9 you need something like 512/515 since you're attacking from the front for some time (you and other people who cleared can confirm this). Anyway the High Allagan Belt and High Allagan Bracelets are the best pieces for their slot, I think you should get them no matter what.

Following the stats weight calculated from EMX, one of the possible BiS in for 512 accuracy post-T9 should include:
High Allagan Spear
High Allagan Headgear of Maiming
Suit of Astrum Mail
High Allagan Gauntlets of Maiming
High Allagan Belt of Maiming
Astrum Hose
Astrum Sabatons
Gloam Choker
Gloam Earrings
High Allagan Bracelets of Slaying
High Allagan Ring of Slaying
Gloam Ring
+Apkallu Omelette

Obviously things change for lower accuracy cap and BiS for "accuracy 0" is a lot different. Remember as well the list in OP doesn't take items from Syrcus Tower and Ramuh in account.

So, i did a little playing around with the gear calculator. The Guardian gear actually seems pretty nice in some aspects... This is with hq risotto... thoughts?

Items from Syrcus Tower or Ramuh Extreme are unneccassary for me at this point since I don't want to lose the Strength Stat from the higher iLv Equipment.
I'm strangely making not enough DPS sometimes in my opinion, it is enough for the content ect. but I'd like to make more than I currently do and heard from people. Note that I am using the Rotation written on the first Post.
So the Determination Stat is very important for me right now as well as Crit, while somehow keeping the Accuracy for the T9 runs.

Well I just checked your stats and you got low det AND low crit, at this point its pretty normal that your dps isnt really high.

And good lord why 532 acc ?! 492 is the max you want for turn 8 and 9 only. STR isnt everything, lower your acc and get more sec stats

Also if you see people mentionning 460 - 470 dps as a dragoon in turn 8 just dont listen to them since they just lie and most of the time dont post any screenshot too

Perhaps you're focusing on a marginal part of my reply. Since you asked for BiS and you didn't specify any accuracy cap I was pointing out that for lower accuracy cap and for people missing accuracy ST drops can be useful. Plus, the Ramuh ring it's considered BiS even if it's a ILVL 100. As someone else stated, you're going around with an unnecessary accuracy-wagon, surprise me how someone with poor equip choices could clear T9. Is Dragoon your main?
