Question can u wear weathered gloam ring and gloam ring together? I mean it's not weathered anymore since its been upgraded?

Probably...but to get the Oil you have to clear T7, and the Allagan ring drops T7

Seems like the DRG chest and belt are the only drops unconfirmed to have dropped yet. I'm assuming they drop in T9. In which case the chest piece is seeming like a pretty safe purchase to squeeze out a little more DPS for turns 6-9. I'm still a bit torn on whether I should grab the chest now or wait for an Unidentified Allagan Tomestone for my Weathered Liberator (already bought my ring and currently still working on T7).

I considered the same thing. In the end, I chose to spend soldiery tokens for armor over getting the weathered liberator. I've been farming Leviathan Ex quite a bit in an attempt to get the mirror for the tidal harpoon. I've seen about half a dozen mirrors now...but just haven't been lucky on the roll.

T8 is 495+ for sure.
Ran on it for a solid three hours last night. Only misses where on wipes where the boss turned on me and I was tanking for a brief moment before hitting the ground ^^
Other then that, solid 100% hits ( I am running current 498 )

472 for T6 lol. You should never be attacking from the front, even when he's turning around to devour. Attack from the flank, but closer to the rear and you'll not get devoured, nor cleaved when he turns around.

And it's 493-495 for T8/9

K sounds good, I'll optimize my set for 472 for now ^^.

One thing that should be noted, is how badass the Wolfram Helmet is, BiS and you can get it right away and it can have up to 21 acc to boot, although to optimize with current materia you really should have 18 (two aim IVs)

Isn't that where you should be regularly standing against every mob/boss outside of specific circumstances? Instead of the other way around.

Since that allows for minimal movement to go from flank/rear based on the target circle.
