PS3 Graphics / load for high volume areas

If you think this is a big issue in Final Fantasy XIV, you should have tried playing DC Universe online... At times the areas themselves didn't even load and you just fell to your death when you zoned...

This is a big accomplishment on the PS3, but there is no denying that its doing (attempting) more than the hardware was designed for. People will argue that 256mb RAM isn't a limiting factor, but it is, and for this reason its unlikely to ever be fixed

My wife plays alongside me on PS3, and the difference (not just graphically, but with those draw issues you have identified) are staggering...

Disappointing - was waiting for this game since it released the first time on PS3 and was one of the determining factors of actually buying a PS3. Hopefully there is something that will be able to be done to fix it, I do not want to upgrade my PC to play. Perhaps when the server issues die down this may get better.
