And if you check the Yoshi update, we are going to be given 7 extra days onto the free trial...so...did you lose anything? Maybe read the news section...just sayin...
You would think they would at least have a queue showing how many people are waiting and counting down until you are able to get into the server. Rather than continuously logging in just hoping you eventually get in. Might even lessen the work load on their servers rather than having people continually attempting to login.
God damn it think before you write. There must be a reason why they don't do it. Either they dont have anything like that (programming it takes a few days) or the one they have is bugged in some way.You would think they would at least have a queue showing how many people are waiting and counting down until you are able to get into the server. Don't think that you are the only person in the world who thought about this ... there is always a reason and this reason you most likely can't even comprehend.
Actually, when you login and it says "People in Que: 33" and you wait, and wait where the only button says "cancel" if you sit at that window the que does go down....however you'll be booted before it gets to 0 because too many people are logging seeing this, logging out then logging back in, and THAT'S what's cause'n the problem. Last time I say the "que" window it was at 32, I left it for 20 mins came back and I was logged in.
Myth Number 33: DEBUNKED.

it doesn't matter if they even give you another full 30days, thing is its an official launch and its the first time servers coming out live. and they couldn't get that right? its one thing if you see little bugs in the game here and there and its another story if 80% of players couldn't log in to their desired servers due to it being full ALL THE TIME. legacy players can't really complain since their servers are not as crowded.
And if you consider the FACT that this is the SECOND time around that they launched this game (First one being one big fuck up that they pulled out and re-called the game and put it back to the drawing board, firing tons of people in the process) They should have known better to not fuck it up this time, but guess what? they did! they actually killed the same game twice! that is an achievement, and this is officially the worst game launch that you will probably ever see! so I guess we got something to thank Square Enix about, showing other developers/Publisher how NOT to launch a game. LOL
Tomorrow will be a week since release. So yeah.
Minus the 2-3 days of EA. Should get 11-12 extra days but let's not push and be happy what we got lol.
I don't care about free days or shit.
I just wanna play. And if every single day i came home, i just can't log in, i'd be very very very greatfull to know that i do it.. for free !
Meanwhile, there are still assholes who stay logged in for HOURS without playing just to be sure to have access to the serv in the evening. Thus, i cant play, just because i don't wanna be an ass.
In a perfect world for SE, where everybody wont leave that game soon, i will just never be able to play, just because i come home too late from work. In the meantime, Kevin and all his friends are AFK in the city, making it really uncofortable to walk in, and me sitting in front of my pc complaining. Yeah, i really don't give a crap about 7 day free, put them where i think SE and make a ballzy move about your IG gestion of people.

Are you serious? Any novice programmer should be able to code a queue, if they can't do that then this must be the most incompetent team of developers the earth has ever seen. Sometimes the reason is nothing more than incompetence, and this launch, which by all means is a failure is the result of incompetence. Saying things like :"they weren't expecting this many players" is silly as well, since Yoshida was boasting that the game was the top preordered game on Amazon, clearly they had some sort of an idea. This is the worst official MMO launch I've been a part of (Vanilla WoW,Rift,GW and GW2 all had their rough starts but none lasted more than 3-4 days, at least in the NA servers).God damn it think before you write. You must be forgetting how WoW was unplayable for over a month, and GW2's Market didn't work for 3 weeks. Are you serious?
