Something worth mentioning, it seems that only rarely when you hit queue do you get in. However if you cancel and immediately login again when you hit a queue prompt, odds are you'll keep getting into queue and out again.

Every time I've kept joining and leaving the queue, I've ended up just loading into the game after a few tries. Its almost like the queue will timeout with a 1017, and then boom, because I'm not actually getting that error, I'll get in. The problem is getting that far.
