About mailing stuff to yourself...

Is this still a thing we can't do? I haven't tried since the very early days, but the mention of a new playable race eventually coming out in the letter had me wondering if I still wouldn't be able to send gil/stuff to myself if I roll a new toon.

Off hand I'm going to guess the answer is no since there's been no mention of it in various patch notes, but I figured I'd ask in case I missed something. :P

Last I checked you can only mail stuff to people in your friendlist so unless you can put your other character in your other character's friendlist I don't think you can do it :x

Frack... that's what I was afraid of. Since, of course, you can't add yourself (or anyone else offline) to your list... damnit. Oh well. Maybe they'll put it in eventually. It would be nice to have a new toon and not have to start COMPLETELY from scratch.

I suggest dumping stuff to your fc chest and getting those said items with the new character. Or you can trade a trusted friend then they can mail the items to your new character.
