Does anyone else have the start menu just Greyed out?

Everytime I load the client now I can't even click the start button because it's just greyed out, all other buttons can be pressed but who wants to watch the opening movie over and over? Is this their solution to prevent people from spamming their login?

Same, but if I let it idle, it spits out the lobby server error (2002?)

Yep, error 2002 here as well, with the start screen greyed out.

I could have sworn I got another error as well, this morning (I think it was 6006 or something). What one earth could that mean????

Start button is likely enabled based on a successful request to the login server to initiate a connection. If the login server has no open connections, the button will stay grey and you'll eventually time out.

Once someone's start button becomes enabled, they probably have opened a socket to the login server and it will probably stay opened until they get in game or close the application. Since everyone is NUMPAD0 spamming the login screen, the server's connection limit is constantly maxed out until one of the above cases are resolved.

Then again, I could be completely wrong and they could be constantly opening/closing sockets every step of the way.

1017, 2002...yup. I had nearly 30 seconds of load screen then BAM, 2002 lobby error. My boyfriend is getting home from work soon, and I was trying to get us both logged in so we could play at the same time. Looks like I won't be playing at all today. Oh well...I'm off work on wednesday & all I can do is hope that I can get in & play.
