I really don't care about the people that are already in. Something needs to be done about the AFK people. That and ya we get 7 free days, but that's not fixing the issue right now, its just trying to sate the heat on the forums which, if people were smart would still be voicing their opinions. don't let them off easy. Just do a fast reset of servers get all the damn people afk off. This is starting to get ridiculous. This isn't beta anymore.

They have already said they won't be fixing it until their new server tests are complete, sometime wed Japan time. They have also said that when servers shut down the lobby server gets slammed by everyone trying to log back in at the same time. So that's not a good option. Seriously, they have said what they are doing. This game is meant to be played for months, or even years. Not just 2 weeks.

It is a pain to try and log in, since it takes forever with no que and whatnot, but the FFXIV team is trying to fix the issue.

Would be nice if they just increased the population for all servers instead of making new ones. :P

They will increase the pop. on existing servers along with adding new servers.Some of the new servers are for duty finder/instance servers which is what has been causing major problems aka 90k, 3102 bugs.They had to lower the pop on servers so the duty finder/instance servers didnt crash/bug.Dont expect this to happen in 1 day im sure they will raise limits alittle at a time so they dont crash which is a good thing.

Also like to point out last i heard they did not say they were giving anyone any free days,it was said maybe give 7 free days.If this has changed please post link to the change.

I was online after 3 hours (1017 problem) then i play for 5 minutes and crash with no reason. Then again 1017 and AFKERS stay online !!! really no more patience !!
